I have been eating and enjoying Milo's for a long time. My first time trying Milo's was in 1993 at the Birmingham South-side location and have been loving it ever since. It's always been my favorite treat for lunch. I've never had a complaint. However, lately it hasn't been the same. There is something wrong and I am truly dissatisfied. I have always been able to count on Milo's to please my taste buds, but here lately it has been terrible. What's wrong with the sauce? It doesn't have that distinctive taste anymore as if something has been taken away or water has been added. I don't mind the increase in price as long as I am getting the same service. Lately I have not and will not be returning any time soon. I work too hard for my money to just give it away. It's been challenging for all of us but we shouldn't have to pay a high price for such low quality. You need to fix it.

I've been a fan of Milo's since I was a kid. I remember my dad driving to the first location in Birmingham, parking the car, and returning with a sack of burgers and some famous sweet tea. I personally think the tea doesn't taste as wonderful as it did when I was a kid, but maybe I can chalk that up to my aged tastebuds. Or maybe they changed the recipe. I no longer eat meat, but do enjoy a grilled cheese all the way. Can't eat it without the pickles, sauce, and onions. I agree to ask for extra sauce to dip your french fries in.

Milo's hamburgers are a staple item in American Food History. They cannot be beat! The special sauce is incredible and the sweet tea is to die for! I've never been to a Milo's Hamburger Joint that I didn't recieve prompt, kind service and great food! Plus, it's super affordable!
